Natural Networking Blueprint 90 Action Guide

Your companion workbook for turning the 7 Pillars into daily habits that transform your business.

"Knowledge without a plan is just inspiration that fades by Thursday."

This guide exists so that doesn't happen to you.

HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE

The Natural Networking Blueprint gave you the why and the what.

This guide gives you the how, broken down into actions you can actually do, in the time you actually have, starting today.

Here is how it is structured:

  • The Daily 5: Your non-negotiable daily actions (20 minutes or less)
  • The Weekly 6: One focus per pillar, rotated through your week
  • The Monthly Reset: A simple review to keep you on track and growing
  • The 90-Day Transformation Map: Your complete roadmap from Day 1 to Day 9You don't have to do everything at once. You just have to start. And then keep going. That's it.

That's the whole secret.

The Companion App above will guide you every step of the way. What is below will help give you clarity and direction as you go through the steps.

Reading this first will save you some confusion.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: YOUR FOUNDATION SETUP

Complete this once before starting the 90-day journey. It will take about 60 to 90 minutes. Don't skip it. Everything else builds on this.

SETUP STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR 3 SPACES

Where does your ideal audience already gather? Pick 3 communities, online or offline, where you'll show up consistently.

These could be:

  • Facebook groups
  • LinkedIn communities
  • Instagram niches
  • Local meetups or networking groups
  • Slack or Discord communities
  • Forums or subreddits

Commit to these for the full 90 days. No switching. Consistency is the point.

SETUP STEP 2: WRITE YOUR STORY

Use the 3-part framework from Pillar 4. Keep it to one page. Write it like you'd say it over coffee.

Where I was (the struggle):

Be specific. What did your Tuesday mornings look like? What kept you up at 2 AM?

What changed (the turning point):

What did you discover? What did you decide? What made you take the leap, even scared?

Where I am now (the transformation):

Not "I'm a millionaire." The real transformation. A specific, honest win, even a small one.

Read it out loud. Does it sound like you? If not, rewrite it until it does.

SETUP STEP 3: BUILD YOUR CONNECTION LIST

List 10 people, online or offline, whose work you admire, whose journey resonates with you, or whose values align with yours. Not prospects. People.

SETUP STEP 4: SET YOUR 90-DAY INTENTION

Finish these sentences:

At the end of 90 days, I want to feel: ________________________________

The biggest shift I want to see in how I show up: ________________________________

The one habit I most need to build: ________________________________

Why this matters to me, the real reason: ________________________________

THE DAILY 5

Your 20-Minute Daily Practice

Do these every single day. Yes, weekends too. This is the engine.

Total time: 15 to 20 minutes

DAILY ACTION 1: THE MORNING PRESENCE (5 minutes)

Visit each of your 3 spaces. Leave at least 2 genuine, specific comments on other people's content. Not "Great post!" Something that shows you actually read it and thought about it.

Examples:

"The way you framed that point about [X] is something I've been thinking about all week. Really well said."

"I went through something similar last year. What you said about [Y] is spot on."

"This is exactly the reminder I needed today. Thank you for sharing this."

Daily Log:

Space 1 / Comment Left On / What You Said:

Space 2 / Comment Left On / What You Said:

Space 3 / Comment Left On / What You Said:

DAILY ACTION 2: THE CHECK-IN (3 minutes)
Scan your messages and recent conversations. Ask yourself:
  • Is there an ongoing conversation I should continue?
  • Is there someone I haven't heard from in a while?
  • Did someone cross my mind today?

If yes to any of these, reach out. Don't overthink it. A simple, genuine message takes 60 seconds.

Today I reached out to: ________________________________
DAILY ACTION 3: THE VALUE DROP (5 minutes)
Share one piece of genuine value in one of your spaces. This could be:
  • A useful tip or insight from your own experience
  • An answer to a question someone asked
  • A resource you found helpful
  • An encouraging word for someone who needs it
No pitch. No link to your business. Just useful.

What I shared today: _________________________________

DAILY ACTION 4: THE WIN LOG (2 minutes)
Write down one small win from today. It could be:
  • A great conversation
  • A new connection
  • A comment that got a genuine response
  • A moment you showed up when you didn't feel like it
  • Something you learned
Small wins compound. Track them.

Today's win: _________________________________

DAILY ACTION 5: THE ONE-SENTENCE INTENTION (1 minute)
Before you close out for the day, write one sentence about how you want to show up tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will: _________________________________

THE WEEKLY 6

Your Focused Weekly Actions

Each week has one primary focus area. These rotate through the 7 Pillars so that every principle gets consistent attention.

MONDAY: INTENTION AND CONNECTION PLANNING

Time needed: 10 to 15 minutes

Start your week with clarity, not chaos.

Step 1: Review your Connection List. Who do you want to engage with this week? Circle 2 to 3 names.

Step 2: Look at your 3 spaces. Is there a conversation you started last week that deserves a follow-up?

Step 3: Set your weekly intention.

This week, I want to: _________________________________

The person I most want to genuinely connect with this week: _________________________________

One relationship I want to deepen: _________________________________

TUESDAY: VALUE AND GENEROSITY DAY (Pillar 1)

Time needed: 20 to 30 minutes

Today's focus is pure giving. No agenda. No tracking.

Your Tuesday Actions:

  • Answer at least one question thoroughly in one of your spaces. The kind of answer that makes someone stop and think "wow, that was actually helpful."
  • Send one resource, an article, a book recommendation, a voice note, or a tool, to someone who would genuinely benefit from it. No ask attached.
  • Leave a comment on someone's content that is specific enough to prove you actually read it.

Reflection:

What did I give today with no expectation of return?

WEDNESDAY: RELATIONSHIP AND STORY DAY (Pillars 3 and 4)

Time needed: 20 to 30 minutes

Today's focus is depth, not breadth. One real conversation beats ten surface-level interactions.

Your Wednesday Actions:

  • Reach out to one person from your Connection List. Not to pitch. Just to genuinely connect. Ask about something they mentioned, celebrate a win, or share something that reminded you of them.
  • Share one piece of your story somewhere, in a post, in a conversation, or in a comment where it's relevant and natural. Use the 3-part framework. Keep it real.
  • Ask one person a genuinely curious question about their life or their work. Then listen. Really listen.

Reflection:

Who did I connect with today? What did I learn about them?

THURSDAY: CONNECTOR DAY (Pillar 5)

Time needed: 15 to 20 minutes

Today's focus is on building the web, connecting people to each other.

Your Thursday Actions:

<li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 22px; font-family: "Open Sans";">Think about the people you've met or engaged with this week. Is there anyone who should know someone else in your network?
</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 22px; font-family: "Open Sans";">Make at least one warm introduction this week, ideally today. Do it right: context, warmth, and a clear reason why these two people would benefit from knowing each other.
</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 22px; font-family: "Open Sans";">Refer something generously today, a product, a book, a service, or a person that you genuinely believe in. No agenda. Just generosity.
    </span></li>

This week's introduction:

Person 1: _________________________________

Person 2: _________________________________

Why they should meet: _________________________________

FRIDAY: FOLLOW-UP AND PRESENCE DAY (Pillars 2 and 6)

Time needed: 20 to 30 minutes

Today's focus is follow-through. This is where most people disappear. Not you.

Your Friday Actions:

  • Look back at conversations from the past 7 to 14 days. Find 2 to 3 people you had a genuine exchange with and haven't followed up with. Reach out. Keep it specific. No pitch. No "just checking in." A real message tied to something real.
  • Did you promise anyone anything this week? A resource, a follow-up, an introduction? Do it now. Today. Not later.
  • Celebrate someone publicly. Find a person in your network who deserves a shout-out and give them one. Tag them. Mean it.

Who I followed up with today:

1. _______________________________________________

2. _______________________________________________

3. _______________________________________________

SATURDAY OR SUNDAY: REFLECT, SHARE AND RECHARGE (Pillar 7)

Time needed: 20 to 30 minutes

Today's focus is visibility and reflection. Let your life be the advertisement.

Your Weekend Actions:

  • Share one authentic moment from your week. A lesson. A win, even a tiny one. A realization. A behind-the-scenes glimpse of your journey. Real, not polished.
  • Complete your Weekly Review.

WEEKLY REVIEW

Take 10 minutes at the end of each week to answer these questions honestly.

  • What worked this week?
  • What felt forced or uncomfortable? Why?
  • Who showed up in my world this week that I want to stay connected with?

Did I follow through on everything I said I would do?

Yes / Mostly / No

If no, here is what I will do differently next week: ________________________________

My energy level this week (circle one):
Drained / Low / Neutral / Good / On Fire

One thing I am proud of from this week: ________________________________

My focus for next week: ________________________________

THE MONTHLY RESET

Your 30-Day Check-In

Do this at the end of every month. It takes about 30 minutes and it is the difference between drifting and growing.

PART 1: THE NUMBERS (5 minutes)

These aren't vanity metrics. They are relationship indicators.

New genuine connections made:

Month 1 ___ / Month 2 ___ / Month 3 ___

Conversations initiated:

Month 1 ___ / Month 2 ___ / Month 3 ___

Value pieces shared with no pitch:

Month 1 ___ / Month 2 ___ / Month 3 ___

Introductions made:

Month 1 ___ / Month 2 ___ / Month 3 ___

Follow-ups completed:

Month 1 ___ / Month 2 ___ / Month 3 ___

Authentic stories shared:

Month 1 ___ / Month 2 ___ / Month 3 ___

People who reached out to you first:

Month 1 ___ / Month 2 ___ / Month 3 ___

Watch that last one. That number growing is the proof that this is working.

PART 2: THE RELATIONSHIP AUDIT (10 minutes)

Look at your original Connection List of 10. For each person, note where you are.

1. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

2. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

3. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

4. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

5. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

6. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

7. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

8. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

9. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

10. Name / Where We Started / Where We Are Now / Next Step

Add 5 new people to your list each month. You are always planting new seeds.

PART 3: THE STORY REFRESH (5 minutes)

Your story is a living document. It should grow as you grow.

  • What is new in my story this month?
  • What small win can I add to my "where I am now" section?
  • Is there a new lesson I have learned that is worth sharing?

PART 4: THE HONEST ASSESSMENT (10 minutes)

Answer these without sugarcoating. Growth requires honesty.

  • Which of the 7 Pillars am I strongest in right now?
  • Which Pillar needs the most attention next month?
  • Am I showing up consistently or just when I feel like it?
  • Am I giving value freely or secretly keeping score?
  • Are my follow-ups genuine or mechanical?
  • Is my life actually reflecting what I am building, or am I hiding?
  • What needs to change next month?

THE 90-DAY TRANSFORMATION MAP

From Day 1 to a Business You Don't Recognize

MONTH 1: PLANT THE SEEDS

Theme: Foundation and Consistency

The goal of Month 1 is not results. It is roots.

You are building the habit. Showing up when nobody is watching. Giving when nobody is applauding. Planting seeds you can't see growing yet.

Some people quit here. Don't be most people.

WEEK 1: SET THE STAGE

  • Complete all 4 Foundation Setup steps
  • Start your Daily 5 every single day
  • Introduce yourself genuinely in each of your 3 spaces
  • Leave your first round of specific, thoughtful comments
  • Write your story and read it out loud

Week 1 Checkpoint:

How does it feel to show up without pitching?

WEEK 2: DEEPEN THE ROOTS

  • Begin reaching out to your Connection List, 1 to 2 people per day
  • Make your first intentional introduction
  • Share one authentic piece of your story
  • Answer one question in your spaces with real depth
Week 2 Checkpoint:

Has anyone responded positively to your genuine engagement?

WEEK 3: EXPAND THE REACH

  • Follow up with your first round of conversations
  • Start noticing who is engaging back and lean into those relationships
  • Ask one question in your communities that sparks real discussion
  • Share a win, even a tiny one

Week 3 Checkpoint:

Who has reached out to you this week?

WEEK 4: TRUST THE PROCESS

  • Keep showing up no matter how you feel
  • Complete your Month 1 Reset
  • Add 5 new people to your Connection List
  • Celebrate one thing that shifted this month

Month 1 Milestone:

Complete this sentence: "This month I showed up for myself by..."

MONTH 2: TEND THE GARDEN

Theme: Depth and Momentum

The seeds you planted in Month 1 are starting to stir underground. You may not see them yet. They are there.

Month 2 is about going deeper, not wider. Better conversations. Stronger relationships. More authentic shares. More intentional introductions. You are not starting over.

You are building on something real.

WEEK 5: GO DEEPER

  • Revisit your Connection List. Who have you barely touched? Make contact this week.
  • Have one longer, real conversation with someone you have been building a connection with. Voice note, video call, or a thoughtful back-and-forth message thread.
  • Share a story this week that is more vulnerable than anything you have shared before. Not dramatic. Just real.

Week 5 Checkpoint:

What conversation this week felt the most genuinely human?

WEEK 6: BUILD YOUR CONNECTOR REPUTATION

  • Make 2 warm introductions this week instead of 1
  • Refer something generously in each of your 3 spaces
  • Be intentional about who you are becoming known as. Are people starting to see you as someone who gives, connects, and shows up?

Week 6 Checkpoint:

Has anyone come to you this week asking for a recommendation or introduction?

WEEK 7: SHARPEN YOUR STORY
  • Revisit your story from Setup Step 2. What has changed since you wrote it? Update it.
  • Share your story this week in a longer format, a post, a video, or a live. Don't summarize it. Tell it. Let people feel it.
  • Pay attention to who responds to your story. Those are your people. Follow up with every single one of them.

Week 7 Checkpoint:

Who connected with your story this week in a meaningful way?

WEEK 8: AUDIT AND ACCELERATE

Complete your Month 2 Reset

Look at your numbers. What is trending up? What needs attention?

Identify your top 3 relationships from the past 60 days and make a plan to deepen each one next month

Month 2 Milestone:

Complete this sentence: "In Month 2, I went deeper by..."

MONTH 3: HARVEST THE FRUIT

_______________________________________________

---

_______________________________________________

_______________________________________________

_______________________________________________

Theme: Visibility and Legacy

You have been planting. You have been tending. Month 3 is where you start to see what grew.

This is not the end of the journey. It is the beginning of the next level. But first, you need to let yourself be seen. Really seen. Because the people who need what you have can't find you if you are still hiding.

---

WEEK 9: SHOW UP BIGGER

This week, show up in a bigger way than you have before. Go live. Record a video. Write a longer post. Host a conversation in one of your spaces. Do the thing that scares you just a little.

Share a win from the past 90 days. Be specific. Be honest. Let people see the before and the after, even if the after is still a work in progress.

Week 9 Checkpoint:

What did you do this week that you would not have done 60 days ago?

_______________________________________________

WEEK 10: LEAD OTHERS IN

By now, people are watching you. Some of them are wondering how you do it. This week, invite someone in. Not with a pitch. With a genuine conversation about what you are building and why.

Share what the Natural Networking Blueprint has meant to you. Share what shifted. Let your results, even the small ones, be the invitation.

Week 10 Checkpoint:

Who did you invite into the journey this week?

_______________________________________________

WEEK 11: GIVE IT ALL AWAY

This week is about radical generosity. Give your best tips. Share your best lessons. Make your most meaningful introductions. Write your most honest post.

The paradox of natural networking is that the more you give away, the more comes back. This week, test that fully. Hold nothing back.

Week 11 Checkpoint:

What is the most valuable thing you gave away this week?

_______________________________________________

WEEK 12: CELEBRATE AND RECOMMIT

You made it to Week 12. That alone puts you in rare company. Most people never make it this far because life gets loud and the old habits pull hard. But you kept going.

This week, do three things.

First, complete your final Monthly Reset and look at all three months of data side by side. Let yourself see how far you have come.

Second, celebrate. Not quietly. Publicly. Share what this journey has meant. Let your community celebrate with you.

Third, recommit. This is not the finish line. It is the foundation. Decide right now what the next 90 days look like and write it down.

Month 3 Milestone:

Complete this sentence: "In 90 days, I became someone who..."

_______________________________________________

---

YOUR 90-DAY TRANSFORMATION REVIEW

Take 30 to 45 minutes to answer these questions at the end of Day 90.

Looking back at Day 1, what is the biggest thing that changed?

_______________________________________________

_______________________________________________

Which of the 7 Pillars transformed the most in your daily life?

_______________________________________________

Which Pillar still needs the most work going forward?

_______________________________________________

What relationship from the past 90 days means the most to you?

_______________________________________________

What is the most important thing you learned about yourself?

_______________________________________________

_______________________________________________

What would you tell someone who is standing where you were on Day 1?

_______________________________________________

_______________________________________________

What does your next 90 days look like?

A FINAL WORD

You did not just work through a guide. You built something real.

Every comment you left, every follow-up you sent, every story you shared, every introduction you made, it all added up to something that no algorithm can replicate and no competitor can copy. You built trust. You built relationships. You built a reputation.

And here is what nobody tells you about natural networking: the people you helped along the way are going to remember you long after they forget every ad they ever saw and every pitch they ever heard.

That is the power of doing business the right way.

Keep planting. Keep showing up. Keep giving. The harvest is coming.
